About the Zoning Board of Appeals

- All applicants to the Zoning Board of Appeals are either denied a building permit from the Building Inspector or were denied approval from the Planning Board.
- Application packets are available in the office of the Building Department.
- All applicants must meet the deadline date for public hearing notification purposes.
- All application fees are $75.00; public notification to newspapers is $50.00 plus $5.00 assessed per neighbor notification to be determined by the secretary of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
