The Planning Department is responsible for coordinating the review of applications for major and minor subdivisions, commercial site plans, change of tenant/use, signs, and Planned Development Districts. Applications and information for submittals to the Planning Board are available through the department or by clicking on the link below. The Planning Department advises the Planning Board, The Zoning Board of Appeals, and the Town Board on matters relating to Town Zoning, Subdivision Regulations, The Northern Halfmoon Generic Environmental Impact Statement, the Comprehensive Master Plan, SEQRA (State Environmental Quality Review Act), Stormwater Management (MS4) and all proposed project reviews. If you have any questions, please contact our department to schedule a meeting to discuss possible submittals/applications.

The Planning Board meets the second and fourth Monday of the month at 7pm at the Town Hall
