Town of Halfmoon
residents may participate in a
Special Collection Day for Household Hazardous Waste
hosted by the Town of Clifton Park
Date: Saturday, September 20th 2008
Time: 8am to 4pm
Location: 22 Ray Road - 2/10 mile west of Visher Ferry Road - Opposite the Town of Clifton Park Transfer Station
In order to participate on the Town of Halfmoon's Special Collection Day you MUST REGISTER and complete the following:
- Identify the quantities of specific types of waste you would like to dispose of.
- Sign the Certification Statement on this form.
- Complete the online form and submit.

Be sure the completed form and proof of residency is received in the
Town of Clifton Park Town Clerk's office at 1 Town Hall Plaza, Clifton Park NY 12065 or received on-line no later than September 3rd.
After your application is accepted, you will be assigned a registration number and appointment time. In order to expedite the process on the day of the event, you must bring your confirmation notice.
***PLEASE NOTE: As this is a well attended annual event, any applications received after the deadline will
be accepted on a space available basis only.

the Town Clerk's Office.
